- How do I place my order?
Click on the left side menu bar "assortment" and choose product category. Before you can add a product to your basket you must choose to which fair, date and to which stand number you would like your products to be delivered. Once you have selected the product of your liking, choose how many you would like and at what time you want the delivery. Add your product by clicking on the "shopping cart" button and your producs will be added to your cart. Before your complete your order you will see a summary of all your chosen products, delivery days and times.
How far in advance do i have to place my order?
For us to be able to guarantee delivery at a specific date and time we need your orde no later than five work days in advance. However, don't hesitate to contact us later than that- We will do everything we can to help you with last minute-orders.
- Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card?
We recommend payments by credit card. Companys with a swedish VAT-number can apply to be an invoice customer. Apply here (Note that it may take up to 3 days to process your application)>>
- Can you deliver prior the the start of the fair?
Yes, we recommend that you order equipment the requires installation, i.e. beer cags, coffee machines and water cooler, to your stand one day prior the start of the fair. Beer cags that require solid installation must be ordered three weeks in advance. Send us an email to place your order at email@example.com.
- Is it possible to make on-site orders?
Yes, orders can be made from a limited menu and we deliver as fast as possible. To be able to that we have your desired product in stock we recommend that you place your order in our webshop 5 days prior to delivery.
Can I visit you on-site?Yes, you are welcome to visit your shop located next to the exhibitors lounge. Here your can place an order, get help with an existing order and buy products over the counter.
- Do your machines need power and how do I get it?
All of our coffee machines and beer cags need power. To get power to your stand, call event service at 0046-749 44 44.
- Can I rent china, glasses and cutlery from you?
Yes, we have a limited supply of china, glasses and cutlery. Glasses and coffee cups are rented by the tray and are collected at the end of the days. Any missing or broken units will be fined.
- Will you collect any left-overs at the end of the day?
Most of our goods are disposables and can be tossed in the closest bin. Trays and thermoses are collected by the end of the day.
- Can I return unopened products afte rthe fair?
Only unopened packages of alcoholic beverages are refundable. Any other goods are non-refundable. Se våra villkor>>
- We are having an evening event in our stand. How do we order catering from you?
Evening events have special terms. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 00468-727 72 40 and we will tell you more. we cater food, beverages and staff suitable to your needs. Remember to notify your event with event service, call 00468-749 44 44.
- How do we order meal coupons?
Meal coupons can be ordered by e-mail at Kuponger@massresuranger.se. You can also by coupons on-site in our shop or in our restaurant Flavour Bar.
- Can I expect by beverage to be chilled?
Yes, all beverages that are supposed to be chilled are.
